A police team led by Raghunathganj Chowki Incharge Lavkush Mishra raided the location and recovered the motorcycle from Ankush Mishra’s possession. Both Akash Agnihotri and Ankush Mishra were formally arrested on the spot.

The victim boarded the bus from Satna. Near Bhatnwara, Sinha allegedly occupied the seat beside her, initiated conversation and then resorted to objectionable gestures. The woman recorded the act on her mobile phone and lodged a complaint immediately upon reaching Amarpatan.
