The institute is now offering free pathological, or clinical, autopsies in cases of maternal mortality. Unlike conventional postmortems, this clinical autopsy process is entirely non-invasive from a legal standpoint and does not involve police intervention. It is conducted solely based on the written consent of the deceased’s family. The objective is not legal investigation but medical understanding, making the process more respectful and less stressful for grieving families.

The procedure is carried out with utmost dignity. Specialists ensure that only minimal tissue samples required for examination are collected. All organs are carefully restored to their original position after the examination. No visible damage is caused to the face, and the body is respectfully handed back to the family after proper suturing.

According to the institute, the entire procedure is completed within approximately one and a half hours. Despite its short duration, the process is thorough and scientifically robust.
