The accused, identified as Sonu Shakya, reportedly got into an argument with his father, Subhash Shakya, over an undisclosed issue. What began as a verbal altercation quickly intensified into physical violence. In a fit of rage, Sonu allegedly assaulted his father severely, causing critical injuries.

Family members and neighbors rushed the injured Subhash to the district hospital. However, after medical examination, doctors declared him dead. The sudden loss has left the family devastated and the neighborhood gripped with fear and disbelief.
