The visit includes a night chaupal, village-level engagement, and overnight stay in a rural household, marking a continuation of the government’s grassroots governance model.

The Chief Minister is scheduled to travel by helicopter from Jaipur at 4:30 PM and reach the Lamba helipad in Bhilwara at 5:15 PM. From there, he will proceed to Government Senior Secondary School, Lamba, where a Gram Vikas Chaupal will be held from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM. The program is expected to witness participation from villagers, local representatives, and administrative officials.

Officials have confirmed that the Chief Minister will also stay overnight in the village and continue his public interaction program the following morning before returning to Jaipur on June 6. Security arrangements have been tightened across all venues, including the helipad and school premises.

Rural Outreach Program in Lamba

The central focus of the visit is the Gram Vikas Chaupal in Lamba village under Asind Assembly constituency. During the session, the Chief Minister is expected to directly interact with residents, listen to grievances, and review the implementation of state welfare schemes.

The administration has arranged seating and logistical facilities at the school ground to accommodate villagers and officials. According to sources, the objective of the chaupal is to ensure real-time feedback from rural communities and address development gaps at the grassroots level.

Night Stay and Social Engagement

As part of the outreach initiative, the Chief Minister will have dinner at the residence of Vinod Raigar, a local villager belonging to the Scheduled Caste community. Officials say this is intended to highlight inclusive governance and strengthen social engagement across communities.

For overnight stay, arrangements have been made at the newly constructed house of Kanhaiyalal Pipada, a local worker associated with the Jain community. The decision to stay within a village household is being seen as part of the government’s effort to bring leadership closer to rural populations.

Administrative Preparedness and Security

District administration in Bhilwara has made extensive arrangements for the Chief Minister’s visit. District Collector Jasmeet Singh Sandhu held meetings with departmental officers to ensure smooth execution of the program.

Superintendent of Police Sagar Rana inspected security arrangements at the helipad and the chaupal venue. Police deployment, crowd management, and emergency response systems have been strengthened to avoid any disruptions during the visit. Officials confirmed that coordination between civil and police administration is being maintained at all levels.

Morning Schedule and Vande Ganga Campaign

On the second day, the Chief Minister will begin his schedule early in the morning with a village walk and interaction program between 6:00 AM and 8:20 AM. He is also expected to participate in religious and community activities under the state’s Vande Ganga campaign by offering prayers at the village pond.

Following this, he will interact with local residents over tea and discuss issues related to rural infrastructure, agriculture, water conservation, and welfare schemes. The Chief Minister will then depart for Jaipur at 8:20 AM and is expected to reach Jaipur Airport by 9:15 AM.

Governance Through Direct Dialogue

The Bhilwara visit is being viewed as part of the state government’s broader strategy to strengthen direct communication between leadership and rural citizens. Such programs aim to bridge administrative gaps and ensure faster grievance redressal at the village level.

Officials suggest that inputs gathered during these interactions may be used for improving the implementation of ongoing development schemes in rural Rajasthan. The visit also reflects an emphasis on participatory governance and field-level monitoring by top leadership.

Rewa Collector Reaches Village In Non-AC Bus With Officers

Rewa Collector Narendra Kumar Suryavanshi held a village chaupal in Tikuri and directed officials to resolve public grievances on the spot.

In a unique administrative outreach initiative, Rewa Collector Narendra Kumar Suryavanshi travelled to Tikuri village in Gangev Janpad Panchayat along with 42 departmental officers in a non-AC bus to conduct a gram chaupal and review public grievances directly on the ground. After reaching the village, the collector asked all officers to sit on the ground among villagers while listening to complaints related to revenue, roads, drinking water, housing schemes and anganwadi services.

Officials said the initiative aimed to strengthen direct communication between the administration and rural residents while ensuring faster resolution of local problems. The event quickly became part of the Latest News Today discussions in Madhya Pradesh because of the collector’s unusual field-level administrative approach.

Revenue Cases Reviewed

During the chaupal organised in the gram panchayat premises, villagers raised several issues connected to land demarcation, road access and government welfare schemes. While reviewing pending revenue cases, the collector expressed displeasure over delays in land demarcation work. He directed officials to issue a notice to the concerned naib tehsildar for negligence.

Officials said complaints related to land disputes and delayed administrative processes were among the major concerns raised by villagers during the public interaction. The collector instructed revenue officers to conduct special camps in the village to ensure timely disposal of pending cases and reduce repeated visits by villagers to government offices.

Anganwadi Staff Face Action

Serious concerns were also raised regarding irregular functioning of the local anganwadi centre. Villagers complained that the centre was not operating regularly, affecting services meant for women and children. Taking the matter seriously, the collector directed authorities to suspend the concerned supervisor and issue a show-cause notice to the Child Development Project Officer (CDPO). Officials present during the meeting were instructed to ensure regular monitoring of anganwadi centres and timely delivery of nutritional and welfare services in rural areas. The administration stated that accountability at the grassroots level remains a priority under district governance reforms.

Road And Water Issues

Villagers also highlighted disputes related to village pathways and the problem of narrow roads in the area. The collector instructed concerned departments to begin the process for road widening and immediate resolution of access-related disputes.

During the review of water-related issues, irregularities were reportedly found in the implementation of the Nal-Jal Yojana. Following complaints of negligence, the collector ordered notices to be issued to the Public Health Engineering sub-engineer and the local employment assistant. The sarpanch and Janpad Panchayat CEO were directed to ensure early execution of the drinking water scheme. Villagers also agreed to pay water user charges to support regular supply and maintenance.

Housing Scheme Under Review

The collector also reviewed the progress of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana in the village. Officials informed him that some beneficiaries had still not started construction work despite receiving approvals. Suryavanshi instructed authorities to cancel housing allotments of beneficiaries who failed to begin construction within the prescribed time. He stated that welfare schemes must reach eligible beneficiaries without unnecessary delays and warned officials against negligence in implementation. The administration also reviewed progress under other welfare initiatives linked to rural employment and financial assistance.

Electricity And Loan Directives

During the chaupal, the electricity department was instructed to begin the process of installing household electricity meters in the village at the earliest. Officials were also directed to expedite loan approval procedures for eligible beneficiaries under the Tantya Mama Scheme. The collector stressed that government schemes should deliver visible benefits at the grassroots level and directed departments to coordinate more effectively during field implementation. District and block-level officers, including District Panchayat CEO Mehtab Singh Gurjar and Janpad CEO Prachi Chaturvedi, were present during the programme.
