Cricketer Virat Kohli and actor Anushka Sharma have bought a luxury apartment in Mumbai’s Versova for ₹18.29 crore, according to property registration documents accessed by real estate data platform Zapkey.

The apartment is located on a higher floor of Godrej Skyshore in Andheri West and has a RERA carpet area of about 245.71 square metres, or 2,644 square feet, including an adjoining exclusive area. It also comes with three parking spaces.

Deal Registered in July

The transaction was registered in July 2026. Reports said the couple paid approximately ₹1.09 crore as stamp duty, apart from registration charges.

At the reported sale value, the purchase works out to nearly ₹69,000 per square foot. The pricing underlines the continued strength of Mumbai’s premium residential market, particularly in western suburbs such as Versova, Juhu and Andheri.

Versova remains one of Mumbai’s most sought-after residential locations because of its coastal setting, proximity to the entertainment industry and access to key business districts.

In January 2026, Kohli and Sharma acquired more than five acres of land in Zirad village, Alibaug, for ₹37.86 crore. Property documents showed that the deal covered two adjoining plots and was registered on January 13.

The purchase marked their second major land investment in Alibaug. In 2022, they reportedly acquired an eight-acre property in the coastal destination for about ₹19 crore.
