New Delhi is set to host SANJEEVANI 2026, an international healthcare and wellness programme aimed at strengthening global participation in India’s healthcare ecosystem and showcasing the country’s capabilities in Medical Value Tourism (MVT).

The three-day event will be held from September 7 to 9, 2026, at Hall No. 3, Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. The programme is being organised by the Services Export Promotion Council (SEPC), Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, with a focus on creating international business and collaboration opportunities across healthcare and wellness.

Focus on Medical Value Tourism

A key focus of SANJEEVANI 2026 will be India’s growing healthcare services ecosystem and its potential in Medical Value Tourism.

The programme is intended to bring together Indian healthcare providers and international stakeholders, providing opportunities to explore partnerships, business engagements and collaborations in medical and wellness services.

The event will also highlight India's healthcare capabilities to overseas participants looking to understand the country's medical services and related sectors.

Healthcare and Wellness Companies to Participate

According to official information, more than 300 Indian healthcare and wellness companies are expected to participate in the event.

The programme is also expected to attract more than 5,000 domestic and international visitors, creating a platform for interaction between healthcare businesses, overseas delegates and other sector stakeholders.

B2B Meetings and Knowledge Sessions

SANJEEVANI 2026 will include exhibitions, conferences, knowledge-sharing sessions and focused business-to-business (B2B) meetings.

The first two days, September 7 and 8, will feature exhibitions, conference sessions and B2B interactions. These engagements are intended to provide participating Indian companies with opportunities to connect directly with international buyers and other healthcare stakeholders.

The event will also include live case studies and sector-focused discussions.

Wide Range of Healthcare Segments

The programme covers a broad range of healthcare and wellness segments.

These include hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, telemedicine and virtual healthcare services, medical tourism facilitation, healthcare information technology, allied health services and wellness centres.

Other areas covered include digital therapeutics, healthcare software and applications, health insurance, healthcare consulting, personalised medicine, preventive healthcare, healthcare staffing and healthcare cybersecurity.

Nutrition and dietary services are also among the areas included in the programme.

Overseas Delegates Expected

The event is expected to bring together international healthcare buyers, medical facilitators, insurance companies, government representatives, healthcare associations and other stakeholders.

Official information released by the Embassy of India in Belgrade indicates that more than 350 hosted overseas delegates are expected to participate.

The presence of international delegates is intended to facilitate business interactions and provide Indian healthcare companies with opportunities to explore international markets and potential partnerships.

Hospital Visits on September 9

The programme will extend beyond the exhibition and business meetings.

According to the official event schedule, September 9 will include hospital visits for overseas delegates. The visits are expected to give international participants an opportunity to gain a closer understanding of India's healthcare delivery capabilities.
