IPO Market Set for Busy Week From September 7

India’s IPO market enters a busy week from September 7, with multiple mainboard and SME issues opening for subscription.

India’s primary market is heading into a busy week from September 7, 2026, with a large number of initial public offerings (IPOs) lined up across the mainboard and SME segments. Several companies are scheduled to open their issues during the week, putting the focus back on new listings and investor participation.

The rush comes at a time when investor activity in the IPO market has strengthened after a relatively slower start to the year. According to Reuters, as many as six IPOs are scheduled to open on September 9, with the companies collectively looking to raise up to around ₹4,511 crore.

Pranav Constructions, Apana Logistics to Open on September 7

The new week begins with Pranav Constructions and Apana Logistics among the issues opening for subscription on September 7.

Pranav Constructions’ IPO is scheduled from September 7 to September 9, with a price band of ₹118–₹124 per share, according to IPO information available through Zerodha. Apana Logistics, an SME issue, is also scheduled for September 7–9, with its issue price listed at ₹60 per share.

More Mainboard IPOs From September 8

Activity is expected to intensify from September 8, when companies including Kanohar Electricals, Prasol Chemicals and Glass Wall Systems (India) are scheduled to open their IPOs.

Zerodha lists price bands of ₹601–₹632 for Kanohar Electricals, ₹643–₹676 for Prasol Chemicals and ₹172–₹182 for Glass Wall Systems. Their subscription windows are scheduled to close on September 10.

September 9 Expected to Be the Busiest Day

September 9 stands out in the week’s IPO calendar. According to Reuters, six public issues are scheduled to open that day, including Rentomojo, Asset Reconstruction Company (India) and Manipal Payment & Identity Solutions. The combined fundraising potential of these six offerings is estimated at up to ₹4,511 crore.

Other issues opening around the same period include Karamtara Engineering and LCC Projects, adding to the crowded primary-market calendar. Current IPO listings also show Amtech Esters, Infrax Renewable and Vinod Texworld among SME offerings scheduled during the week.

Investor Interest Returns to IPO Market

The surge in new issues reflects a broader revival in India’s IPO market. Reuters reported that 165 IPOs had raised $8.61 billion by late August, while September is expected to see further large offerings. Average subscription levels and listing gains have also improved compared with earlier periods, although investor participation remains selective.

The renewed activity is also being watched ahead of potentially larger offerings later in September. The National Stock Exchange (NSE) is planning its long-awaited IPO for the week beginning September 21, following regulatory clearance, according to Reuters.

What Investors Should Watch

With several IPOs competing for investor money during the same week, factors such as valuation, financial performance, issue size, subscription trends and the company’s business outlook are likely to remain important considerations.

The number of simultaneous offerings also means investors may need to differentiate between issues rather than treating the overall increase in IPO activity as a signal to subscribe indiscriminately.

For the week beginning September 7, the concentration of mainboard and SME offerings makes the primary market one of the key areas to watch in India’s financial markets.
