The board emphasized punctuality as essential for maintaining uniformity and discipline during the nationwide examination process.

More than 46 lakh students from India and 26 other countries are scheduled to appear this year, making it one of the largest synchronized school examination exercises globally. Officials said strict adherence to reporting time is necessary to ensure smooth entry procedures, verification, and seating arrangements before question papers are distributed.

The advisory was issued in view of possible disruptions caused by traffic congestion, route diversions, public gatherings, and official events that may coincide with examination days. Students have been urged to plan their travel in advance, factoring in local conditions such as distance, weather, and peak-hour traffic.

Schools have been instructed to coordinate closely with parents and students to ensure compliance with reporting schedules. Authorities said school administrations must provide clear guidance about exam protocols, centre locations, and documentation requirements so candidates do not face last-minute confusion.

In a separate directive, the board reminded affiliated institutions that Saturday is the final deadline to upload internal assessment marks for Class 10 and practical examination scores for Class 12 for the 2025–26 academic session. Officials cautioned that no extension will be granted and delays could affect result processing timelines.

Internal assessments and practical examinations began January 1, and schools were previously advised to complete evaluations promptly. The board reiterated that timely submission is crucial for accurate compilation of results and issuance of mark sheets.

Education officials noted that the annual board examinations require coordinated efforts from administrators, invigilators, and local authorities to ensure fairness and order. The advisory underscores the board’s focus on logistical preparedness and candidate discipline as the examination cycle begins.

Parents and students have been advised to monitor official notifications for updates and strictly follow instructions issued by examination authorities to avoid disqualification or inconvenience.
