In a brazen late-night attack highlighting growing lawlessness on National Highway 44, miscreants stopped a passenger bus near the Gangapur Hanuman Temple in Morena district and brutally assaulted the driver, breaking both his legs with baseball bats. The incident occurred late Saturday night, even as police allegedly failed to reach the spot despite being informed in time. This is the fourth such attack on buses in the district since December 19.
