In a bizarre turn of events during the Maharashtra municipal corporation elections, a Shiv Sena candidate, Uddhav Kamble of the Shinde faction, allegedly tore and swallowed the nomination form of his fellow party member at the Dhankawadi Sahakarnagar ward office on Wednesday. A complaint has since been registered against Kamble at the Bharti Vidyapeeth Police Station, and he is currently in police custody.
