It has been 41 years since I started making films.
I wanted to talk to you, wanted to tell you about my 41-year journey." Talking about his Bollywood journey, Anupam Kher says, "I came to Mumbai from National School of Drama on 3 June 1981. After that I kept teaching in Lucknow. Then I looked for work for 3 years and then Mr. Bhatt gave me Saraansh. Now it's been 41 years - passed in the blink of an eye. 41 years of Saraansh. What a beautiful journey it has been. What a grateful journey it has been. There have been ups and downs in my journey, but it has been great. I have done at least 544 or 545 films.
