Armaan Malik's new avatar to be seen in the song 'Baari-Baari': Singer says - Amal puts good pressure on me to sing well, dreams of becoming the voice of Shah Rukh

Singer and music composer Armaan Malik and his brother Amaal Malik are bringing a new song for their fans on June 18.
The song is titled ‘Baari-Baari’. Armaan is all set to treat his fans with a fusion of Hindi and Punjabi, packed with a fresh vibe. The singer claims that fans will get to see a new avatar of him in this track. He also spoke about the magical combination he shares with his brother Amaal Malik, along with Amaal's annoying habits.

Is your new song ‘Baari-Baari’ going to be the summer love anthem?

Yes, I feel the same. This song has a freshness to it. It makes you want to play it in the car and go on a long drive. It’s quite different from my other songs. The music is somewhat unique — a fusion of Hindi and Punjabi. The audience will get to see a new avatar of Armaan Malik in this track.

So far, I’ve sung romantic and heartbreak songs. This one was different for me, and the audience hasn’t heard me like this before. Not just in the video, but even in terms of genre, the audience will be surprised. Yes, you’ll still find a touch of Armaan Malik in it. The song’s packaging is new and fresh, and I think people will be able to connect with it.

Where did the idea for the song ‘Baari-Baari’ come from?

We didn’t start with any specific concept. Amaal bhai, Youngveer (who wrote the lyrics), and I had a session together. Warner Music Group had set up a camp where all the musicians were writing singles for me. That’s where Amaal came up with the melody idea, and that’s how the journey began. Then Youngveer wrote the lines, which became the hook line. Around that, we built the rest of the verse and chorus. The beats were produced by Never Sober, two very young and talented guys. I’ve known both of them since childhood.
