Actress Dipika Kakar underwent a 14-hour surgery for stage 2 liver cancer, during which a portion of her liver and gallbladder were removed. After spending three days in the ICU, she is now in stable condition and recovering in the hospital. Her husband, Shoaib Ibrahim, shared the update in a recent vlog, expressing gratitude for fans' support and prayers.

Actress Dipika Kakar, who became famous in every household with the TV show Sasural Simar Ka, is battling liver cancer these days. Her husband and TV actor Shoaib Ibrahim keeps sharing every update related to her health. At the same time, recently Shoaib Ibrahim shared a vlog on his YouTube channel and told that the actress has undergone surgery. After the surgery that lasted for 14 hours, she has been taken out of the ICU.

Let us tell you that Shoaib Ibrahim said in his vlog – 'On the special occasion of Eid ul-Azha, Dipika has come out of the ICU. She has been in the ICU for three days and now her condition is also improving. The doctors have shifted her to a normal room. However, Dipika will remain in the hospital for a few days as the surgery was major. She has been in the OT for about 14 hours.

In the vlog, Shoaib Ibrahim said, 'We were all very worried at first, because the doctor had already told us that this surgery would be long. Deepika was taken to the operation theatre (OT) at 8:30 am and was brought out at 11:30 pm.'
