Shah Rukh Khan Buys ₹37 Crore Delhi Home; Actor Now Owns Entire Panchsheel Park Property

Shah Rukh Khan has purchased the remaining floors of his first Delhi home for around ₹37 crore. The Panchsheel Park residence, designed by Gauri Khan, now belongs entirely to the actor.

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has become the sole owner of the South Delhi residence where he and wife Gauri Khan began their married life after purchasing the remaining floors of the property for approximately ₹37 crore.

Located in the upscale Panchsheel Park neighbourhood, the property holds deep emotional significance for the couple, who lived there after their wedding in 1991 before relocating to Mumbai, where Shah Rukh launched his acting career.

According to a report by Moneycontrol, the actor already owned the basement and first floor of the building and has now acquired the second and third floors, giving him complete ownership of the residential property.

₹37 Crore Acquisition Completes Ownership

The residential building is spread across nearly 1,200 square yards (approximately 10,800 square feet) in one of South Delhi's most sought-after localities.

The latest transaction, valued at around ₹37 crore, covers the second and third floors of the building. Reports estimate the land value in the area at around ₹34,260 per square foot, reflecting the premium nature of the location.

With the purchase complete, Shah Rukh Khan now owns the entire property.

A House Filled With Personal Memories

The home is closely associated with the couple's early years together. Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan married on October 25, 1991, through multiple ceremonies, including a court marriage, a Hindu wedding and a Nikah.

After their marriage, the couple started their life together in the Panchsheel Park residence before moving to Mumbai, where Shah Rukh pursued a career in the film industry.

Despite building their lives in Mumbai, the Delhi property has continued to remain an important part of the family's personal history.

Gauri Khan Designed the Interiors

Interior designer and entrepreneur Gauri Khan personally designed the house, creating spaces that reflected the family's journey over the years.

In previous interviews, she has spoken about her emotional attachment to the residence, explaining that she wanted to remain close to her mother's home in Delhi. She has described every room as representing a different phase of her children's childhood and family life.

Nostalgia Wall Preserves Family Moments

One of the most distinctive features of the home is a specially curated "Nostalgia Wall", designed by Gauri Khan.

The display showcases treasured family keepsakes, including Suhana Khan's makeup brushes, Aryan Khan's badminton racket and AbRam Khan's first birthday gift. The wall also features artwork created by Shah Rukh Khan, antique collectibles and postcards he gifted Gauri over the years.

Gauri has previously described the corner as her favourite part of the house because it captures the family's most cherished memories in one place.

The acquisition further strengthens the family's connection to the property that marked the beginning of Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan's life together more than three decades ago.
