Recently, registered a fraud case of Rs 60 crore against Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty and her husband Raj Kundra. Meanwhile, the actress has announced the closure of her famous restaurant 'Bastian Bandra', launched in the year 2016. The actress herself has given this information.

This restaurant was started in partnership of Shilpa and Ranjit Bindra.

'Bastian' gave countless memories to her and the city. On this occasion, she will organize a special night, in which those moments will be celebrated with old customers. This brand will not end completely. Soon its new chapter will start with the name 'Bastian at the Top'. Here this series will move forward with new experience and new energy. "
60 crore fraud case
It is worth noting that Shilpa Shetty and her husband Raj Kundra were accused of cheating of Rs 60.4 crore by a Mumbai businessman Deepak Kothari. Businessman Deepak Kothari had said in his complaint that this amount was given as investment and loan between 2015 and 2023, but later it was allegedly used for personal expenses. The case is related to a company named 'Best Deal TV Private Limited', which is now closed. Advocate Prashant Patil had issued a statement on behalf of Shilpa and Raj on these allegations.
