Sunita Ahuja Speaks Out on Govinda Affair Rumours: Warns of ‘No Forgiveness’ if Allegations Are True

Bollywood actor Govinda’s wife, Sunita Ahuja, has publicly addressed recent rumours regarding her husband’s alleged affair, expressing her displeasure and issuing a stern warning. Speaking to Miss Malini, Sunita emphasised that such behaviour at Govinda’s age is inappropriate and could have negative effects on their grown-up children.
Sunita revealed, “2025 was a very bad year for me because there were a lot of problems in our family life. I was hearing many things about Govinda which I did not like at all. I always say that there is an age for everything. At 63, it doesn’t feel right, especially when the children have grown up. All this was very wrong and sad.”
Addressing the dynamics of the industry, Sunita suggested that some struggling actresses seek relationships with older actors to advance their careers. She stated, “Nowadays, girls who are struggling need a sugar daddy to cover their expenses. Their face is worth two cents, but they want to become a heroine. Many such girls trap you and later blackmail you. But you are 63 years old, so it’s foolish.”
Sunita also made it clear that if she discovers any proof of infidelity, she will not forgive Govinda. “You have a good family, a beautiful wife, and two grown-up children. This cannot be done at 63. If it was done in youth, it’s fine—we all make mistakes in youth. But not at this age. You have to get Tina married, and Yash has a career. If I get solid proof, I will never forgive Govinda,” she said.
Further warning her husband, Sunita added a personal note, referencing her Nepali heritage: “When a woman loses her mind, I am Nepali; if I take out a kukri, everyone will be in a bad state. A kukri is a type of knife worn near the waist. Govinda knows well how far my anger can go. He has endured all this. That’s why I say, be careful even now, son.”
The couple’s relationship has been under media scrutiny since last year. In May 2025, Sunita reportedly filed for divorce in Bandra Family Court, although they later reconciled. Around the same period, reports suggested that Govinda may have been involved with a Marathi actress, which sparked widespread speculation and public attention.
Sunita’s latest comments reiterate her stance on fidelity, family values, and the importance of accountability, drawing attention to the personal challenges faced by celebrities in the public eye.
