Tiku Talsania booked for dangerous bike stunt in Ahmedabad; actress Manasi Parekh also questioned

Veteran actor Tiku Talsania and actress Manasi Parekh have landed in legal trouble after a video of them performing dangerous bike stunts on the streets of Ahmedabad went viral. The Ahmedabad Traffic Police swiftly registered a case and detained both actors, who later issued a public apology at the police station.

The viral clip, shot during the promotion of their upcoming Gujarati film Misri, shows Tiku Talsania standing on a moving bike at high speed, while Manasi Parekh rides another bike performing similar stunts. The footage, recorded on Thursday, quickly gained traction on social media, prompting immediate police action.

Authorities booked the duo under Section 281 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and Sections 177 and 184 of the Motor Vehicles Act for reckless driving and endangering public safety.

The Ahmedabad Traffic Police, sharing the video on their official X account, confirmed:

“Legal action has been taken by ‘A Traffic Police Station’ based on the viral social media footage.”

Following the incident, Tiku Talsania and his team apologized, stating,

“We are sorry for any misunderstanding caused. It was never our intention to break rules or endanger anyone. We promise not to repeat this mistake. Please stay safe and keep others safe too.”

Police officials have reiterated that no one is above the law, emphasizing that such acts, even if done for promotional purposes, send a wrong message to the public
