Adani Total Gas Q4 Profit Falls by 8%: Annual Revenue at ₹7,453 Crore

Adani Total Gas Reports 15% Increase in Total Income for Q4; Net Profit Declines by 8%

Adani Total Gas Limited, part of the Adani Group, reported a total income of ₹1,462 crore in the fourth quarter, marking a 15% increase compared to the previous year. The company’s revenue from operations stood at ₹7,453 crore during this period.

For the January to March quarter, the company’s total expenses amounted to ₹1,264 crore, while the total tax paid was ₹49.08 crore.

After deducting expenses, taxes, and other costs, the company posted a consolidated net profit of ₹155 crore for the fourth quarter. However, this reflects an 8% decline compared to the previous year, indicating that while the company’s income increased, its profits saw a reduction. The results for Q4FY25 were released by Adani Total Gas on Monday (28th April).

What Does This Mean for Shareholders?

For shareholders of Adani Total Gas, the company’s board has approved a dividend of ₹0.25 per share. A dividend is a portion of the company’s profit distributed to its shareholders.
