According to the FIR filed at Sarabha Nagar police station, Falitash Jain alleges that despite making full payments to Hero Realty Private Limited’s office in Okhla Industrial Estate, New Delhi, the construction of the flats was not completed within the promised timeline. Repeated complaints to the company’s management reportedly went unaddressed, causing both financial and mental distress to the complainant.
Following these allegations, the police invoked sections 406 (criminal breach of trust), 420 (cheating), and 120B (criminal conspiracy) of the Indian Penal Code against the accused. The investigation is currently underway, with authorities gathering evidence and examining the company’s project records.
Falitash Jain, a resident of New Madhopuri, Ludhiana, stated that he holds receipts and documentation confirming his payments. He claimed that despite repeated follow-ups with the Director and Sales Head, no resolution was provided, prompting him to escalate the matter to senior police officials.
Hero Reality, a prominent real estate developer, is now under scrutiny as the Ludhiana police investigate claims of alleged financial misconduct.
