State-run defense company Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) has announced a dividend of Rs 15 per equity share for FY25. The company is giving a dividend of 300% on equity shares with a face value of Rs 5. The record date of the dividend has also been revealed. Now it will be finalized in the Annual General Meeting. If approved, the dividend amount will be sent directly to the shareholders' account within 30 days from the date of the AGM.
HAL said in a filing, "The record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for the final dividend has been fixed as Thursday, 21 August 2025, subject to the approval of the shareholders during the AGM."
The board has also approved the appointment of M/s Murthy & Company LLP, Cost and Management Accountants, as cost auditor for the financial year 2025-26.
