Selection Process and Exam Pattern
The selection methodology comprises a Computer-Based Test (CBT) carrying 75% weightage and work experience evaluation contributing 25% to the final merit. The written examination consists of 100 multiple-choice questions worth 100 marks with a duration of two hours. The question paper includes 20 questions on General Studies (20 marks) and 80 questions on domain-specific knowledge covering Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical engineering topics (80 marks).
Negative marking of 0.25 marks per incorrect answer applies, making strategic answering crucial for success.
