The National Conference on Unity for Growth – A Collective March Towards Viksit Bharat, held at Bharat Mandapam, emerged as a groundbreaking forum that united leaders from across India. Organized by Brand Vista Consulting, the landmark event brought together policymakers, business leaders, social innovators, and youth change agents to reinforce a shared vision of a developed, inclusive, and self-reliant India by 2047.
A Call for Collective Progress
The conference was inaugurated by Shri Syed Shahnawaz Hussain, Former Union Minister and Member of Parliament, who in his keynote address emphasized the importance of unity, inclusive growth, and collective leadership. “A Viksit Bharat cannot be built in isolation—it requires collective ownership of progress by every citizen and sector,” he said.

Dr. Bikash Sharma Honored as Iconic Leader
Among the distinguished participants was Dr. Bikash Sharma, Founder & President of the International Academic and Management Association (IAMA), who was recognized as the winner of India’s Iconic Brand and Leader 2024-25.
IAMA: Driving the Right to Education
Founded in 2013, IAMA is a private, not-for-profit membership-based trust dedicated to ensuring the “Right to Education without any discrimination.” Today, IAMA is one of the fastest-growing global associations, partnering with over 200 educational institutions and agencies across 44 countries. Each year, its initiatives impact the lives of thousands of students worldwide through internationalization and access to quality education.
As part of its annual social drive, the International Institute of Online and Open University Federation (IIOUF), supported by IAMA, invites applications for Honorary Doctorate or Honorary Professorship titles. Only 20 individuals will be conferred with the titles, based strictly on eligibility, review, and approval by the Academic Council and Board of Governors.
Currently, over 2,000 students are enrolled globally across the university’s learning centers in Africa, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, South East Asia, and Latin and Central America.
Upcoming Convocation at Oxford University
The convocation will take place on November 4, 2025, at Oxford University during The Next Economy Forum 2025, jointly hosted by IAMA, Brand Vista Consulting, and Guidance Forever.
The university holds international accreditations from EEQA, MAACA, ECQA, and IAMA, and is ISO certified under standards 9001:2015, 29994:2021, 29993:2017, and 21001:2018.
