MPPSC Pre Online Form 2026 Released: Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission Opens Applications for State Services Exam

The Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) has officially released the online application form for the MPPSC Preliminary Examination 2026, marking the beginning of the recruitment process for prestigious State Services posts. Eligible candidates can now apply through the commission’s official portal within the prescribed timeline, as announced in the latest notification issued on Tuesday.

The MPPSC Prelims 2026 is the first stage of the State Services Examination (SSE), conducted to recruit candidates for key administrative positions in the Madhya Pradesh government, including Deputy Collector, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Commercial Tax Officer, and other gazetted posts. The examination is expected to draw thousands of aspirants from across the state and beyond.

According to the notification, the online application window has been opened to ensure a streamlined and transparent registration process. Candidates are required to complete registration, fill in personal and educational details, upload necessary documents, and pay the application fee online. The commission has advised applicants to carefully read the eligibility criteria, age limits, reservation norms, and exam instructions before submitting the form.

The Preliminary Examination will consist of two objective-type papers—General Studies Paper I and General Studies Paper II (CSAT). While Paper I will be counted for merit, Paper II will be qualifying in nature, in line with previous MPPSC examination patterns. The prelims serve as a screening test, and candidates who qualify will be eligible to appear for the Main Examination scheduled later in the recruitment cycle.

MPPSC officials stated that the online mode of application is aimed at reducing errors, ensuring faster processing, and improving accessibility for candidates from remote areas. A correction window will also be provided after the application deadline, allowing applicants to make limited edits if required.

With the release of the MPPSC Pre Online Form 2026, serious aspirants have now entered a crucial phase of preparation. Experts advise candidates to focus on Madhya Pradesh-specific general knowledge, current affairs, and conceptual clarity in core subjects. Timely application and adherence to official guidelines will be essential to avoid last-minute complications.

The detailed schedule for the preliminary examination, admit card release, and subsequent stages will be announced separately on the MPPSC website. Candidates are advised to regularly check official updates and rely only on authenticated sources for information.
