An important decision has been taken by the Rajasthan High Court today regarding Sub-Inspector (SI) Recruitment 2021. While hearing this recruitment on behalf of the court, the decision has been taken to cancel the SI Recruitment 2021. The High Court has taken this decision due to the irregularities in the examination and the case of paper leak.

The decision to cancel the recruitment has been given by the division bench of Justice Sameer Jain. The court has given this decision in the decision reserved after the completion of the hearing on August 14. Alleging irregularities in this recruitment, petitions were filed in the High Court on August 13 last year, demanding the cancellation of the entire process.

Ban on appointment of SI undergoing training

On behalf of the Rajasthan High Court, the court had banned the passing out parade and appointment of sub-inspectors undergoing training on 18 November 2024 regarding the SI recruitment examination. The court has said that there was large-scale cheating in this recruitment exam.

150 people were arrested due to irregularities

Many irregularities were seen in this recruitment exam. Along with cheating, the news of many dummy candidates sitting in it had come to the fore. After irregularities were found in the examination, the government had given the responsibility of investigating it to the SOG. The fact of dummy candidates has come true in the SOG investigation, after which a total of 150 people including 50 trainee sub-inspectors, two from Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) were arrested.
