Educational Qualification:
- Must have a two-year Multipurpose Health Worker (Male)/Health Inspector/Sanitary Inspector course certificate issued by the Director of Public Health and Preventive Medicine.
- However, must have a one-year Multipurpose Health Worker (Male)/Health Inspector/Sanitary Inspector course certificate issued by the Director of Public Health and Preventive Medicine.
- Must have passed Tamil language as a subject at SSLC level.
Age Limit:
- Minimum: 18 years
- Maximum: No age limit
- Reserved category candidates will get age relaxation as per government rules.
Fees:
- SC, SCA, ST, DAP: Rs. 300
- All others: Rs. 600
Selection Process:
- Tamil Eligibility Test
- Based on Computer Based Exam
Salary:
Rs. 19,500 - 71,900 per month
Exam Pattern:
Phase 1:
Tamil Language Eligibility Test:
- SSLC level exam
- Maximum marks: 50
- Duration: One hour
Phase - 2: Computer Based Exam
- Total marks: 100
- Exam duration: Two hours
- Negative marking: No
- Question type: Objective
Cut Off:
- SC, SCA and ST: Minimum 30 marks
- All others: Minimum 35 marks
- Persons with disabilities: Exempted from Tamil Language Eligibility Test
