The Railway Protection Force (RPF) has officially declared the final result for the Constable (Executive) recruitment 2026, bringing a close to one of the largest security force selection drives conducted by the Indian Railways. The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) released the result and category‑wise cut‑off marks on its official portals earlier today.
The result includes candidates who successfully cleared all stages of the selection process for the Constable (Executive) post under CEN RPF‑02/2024, administered by the RRB on behalf of the RPF.
The announcement comprises the final merit list, panel of selected candidates, and cut‑off marks across various categories. Selected applicants have met the prescribed benchmarks in the Computer Based Test (CBT), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Measurement Test (PMT) and document verification stages.
The RPF Constable final result was officially published on 16 February 2026, nearly a year after the examination cycle began with the CBT in March 2025.
Candidates can view and download the final merit list PDF and cut‑off details from the official RRB or RPF websites, including indianrailways.gov.in and rpf.indianrailways.gov.in.
The extended recruitment process, spanning written exams, physical assessments and verification stages, aims to ensure fair and rigorous selection of personnel for frontline security roles across the Indian railway network. With thousands of applicants competing, the final result determines those eligible for appointment.
Candidates are advised to check the official PDF lists using their roll numbers or registration details. The result documentation also indicates category‑wise cut‑off marks and waiting lists, where applicable. Papers and certificates should be verified for accuracy before the next stages.
The RPF Constable recruitment process began with online applications in 2024, followed by the CBT held between 2 March and 18 March 2025. Physical and measurement tests were conducted later in the year, culminating in the final panel announcement today.
Selected candidates are now expected to proceed toward medical examinations and formal appointment procedures as per RPF guidelines. Officials emphasise that all subsequent notices, including joining instructions and training schedules, will be communicated through the official portals.
