Jaish's Recruitment Decoy Operation to avoid FATF
Pakistan has already received billions of dollars in aid from the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) on the condition that it will crack down on terrorist organisations.
Therefore, Jaish has launched a decoy recruitment operation to protect its ruling masters from the FATF.
Jaish promotes extremist terrorism under the guise of operating madrasas and mosques in Pakistan. Now, under the pretext of recruiting for a women's brigade, it is inducting terrorist youth into its organisation.
This is so that the Pakistani government can tell the FATF that the recruitment is being done for religious education (Deeni Taleem).
