Pak citizen was stopped in the ship for two days
This was a cargo ship that came from Iraq and its staff also included Indian and Syrian staff. Actually, an Iraqi ship reached Karwar Port in Karnataka. This ship had left from Al Jubair in Iraq and it also had two Syrian and one Pakistani staff and 15 Indian staff.
Citing security reasons, the ship's staff was denied permission to disembark at Karwar Port. The goods were unloaded from the ship, but the Syrian and Pakistani staff were kept on the ship.
Ban imposed on Pakistani citizens due to tension with India
After the Pahalgam attack, India destroyed the terrorist hideouts in Pakistan and POK under Operation Sindoor. Along with this, several other actions have been taken against Pakistan and Pakistani citizens have been banned from entering India.
