Digital Desk, New Delhi
US President Donald Trump has broken his silence on claims that Tesla chief Elon Musk used drugs. The Republican said he was not sure the tech billionaire was using illegal substances in the White House, but hoped he never did.
Donald Trump said, 'I really don't know, I don't think so. I hope it doesn't happen. President Donald Trump gave this answer when he was asked about the reports that Musk had used ketamine, a powerful anesthetic, so much that he had urinary problems.
'Good relationship with Tesla chief'
Trump also stressed that he has a 'good relationship' with the business tycoon, who donated about $275 million to help him win the presidency, and wished him well.
The 78-year-old leader said, 'I just wish him well. Really, very well.'
According to a report, the business tycoon used ketamine, ecstasy and psychedelic mushrooms while campaigning with Trump in 2024. The report said Musk was using drugs more intensely than ever last year as he became Trump's closest ally.
