US Accident: Two Indian students killed in a road accident in Pennsylvania, car went out of control and hit a tree

PTI, New York. Two Indian students died in a road accident in Pennsylvania, USA. Local officials said that two Indian students died in a car accident when their car hit a tree and then crashed into a bridge.

One person injured in the accident

Officials said that another passenger sitting in the front seat of the vehicle was injured in the accident and was taken to a local hospital. After receiving the news, the Consulate General of India in New York expressed condolences over the incident. The embassy posted,

Let us tell you that the consulate is in touch with the families and has assured them of all possible assistance. According to a report, the young students died in a vehicle accident on the Pennsylvania Turnpike in Brecknock Township at 7 am on Saturday.

Patel and Prabhakar died when their vehicle struck a tree and later crashed into a bridge, according to the Lancaster County Coroner's Office and Pennsylvania State Police. It also said Prabhakar was driving.
Police say both men died at the scene from multiple traumatic injuries. Both deaths were ruled accidental.
