Will Trump’s Plan End the Israel-Hamas War?

Donald Trump has proposed a detailed peace plan aimed at stopping the Israel-Hamas conflict, raising hopes for a lasting resolution, but uncertainty remains over its acceptance and effectiveness.

US President Donald Trump has proposed a 20-point peace plan for Gaza, which Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has accepted. The plan includes conditions such as an immediate halt to military action in Gaza, a surrender by Hamas, and the release of hostages. Trump has also proposed an international transitional body to administer Gaza as interim rule.

Immediate Halt to Military Action in Gaza
The plan calls for an immediate halt to military action in Gaza. Under this plan, Hamas is required to release 20 surviving Israeli hostages within 72 hours and return the bodies of approximately 20 hostages. For every Israeli hostage released, Israel will return the bodies of 15 Gazans.
