Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Saturday inaugurated the Jayaprakash Narayan Library in New Delhi, describing it as a new centre for knowledge, learning and intellectual growth. Addressing the gathering, Shah called upon young people to develop a lifelong reading habit, saying libraries remain one of the strongest foundations for building an informed and progressive society.
