Shunthi Siddha Jal
Shunthi Siddha Jal is also known as Sonth Ka Siddha Jal. It improves digestion, helps in digesting Ama, soothes the throat and is helpful in removing frozen phlegm.
Method: To make it, take one liter of water, add half a teaspoon of dry ginger (Shunthi) powder or a small piece of fresh ginger and boil it for 10 minutes on medium flame. Then filter it and let it cool and fill it in a steel bottle and drink it little by little throughout the day.
DIY Herbal Mix
Take half a teaspoon of turmeric, half a teaspoon of dry ginger powder, 1 black pepper (freshly ground) or ¼ teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon pure honey. Mix all well and take it 2-3 times a day an hour before or after meals.
