Nowadays, the problem of finger pain has become common due to desk jobs and long hours of work on the computer. Many people ignore it thinking it to be mild fatigue, but this pain can cause serious problems, such as chronic pain or carpal tunnel syndrome, over time.

Ignoring pain: If the initial mild pain starts recurring, then it is a sign of overload.
