One such tradition is the habit of drinking water on an empty stomach in the morning, which is considered beneficial for health. However, this habit is not suitable for everyone. Today we will tell you the benefits of drinking water on an empty stomach and who should avoid it.

Benefits of drinking water on an empty stomach

  • Very cold water should not be drunk on an empty stomach.
