Clean your feet daily
Wash your feet filled with dust, soil and sweat throughout the day with lukewarm water and mild soap. Do a foot soak once a week – add some salt, lemon juice and shampoo to the water and soak your feet.
Scrubbing and exfoliation
Scrub your feet 2-3 times a week so that dead skin cells are removed. Scrub made of sugar and olive oil can also be used at home.
Don't forget to moisturize
