he Supreme Court of India is set to announce its verdict today in the protracted legal dispute between ISKCON Bengaluru and ISKCON Mumbai over control of a prominent Hare Krishna temple in Bengaluru. The case, which has been ongoing for over a decade, centers on conflicting claims regarding temple management and authority.
A bench of Justices A.S. Oka and Augustin George Masih had reserved its verdict on July 24 last year. According to the Supreme Court website, Justice Oka will pronounce the verdict on Friday at 1030 am. ISKCON Bangalore had filed a petition in the Supreme Court on June 2, 2011 challenging the High Court verdict of May 23, 2011.

The Supreme Court is likely to pronounce its verdict on Friday on a petition filed by ISKCON Bangalore challenging the Karnataka High Court order which had ruled in favour of ISKCON Mumbai in a long-running legal dispute over the control of Bengaluru's famous Hare Krishna temple and educational complex.

According to the Supreme Court website, Justice Oka will pronounce the verdict on Friday at 10:30 am. ISKCON Bangalore had filed a petition in the Supreme Court on June 2, 2011, challenging the High Court's decision of May 23, 2011.
Form SIT to investigate the status of forest land: Supreme Court
