That is why the protesters are adamant on the demand to dissolve the Parliament. Many names are in the race to become the head of Nepal's interim government. However, former Chief Justice Sushila Karki is leading the race to become the head of Nepal's interim government. It is important that Karki has agreed to become the head of Nepal's interim government.

Karki said that our first task will be to do something for the families of those killed during the protest. Talking about India's role in supporting Nepal, Karki said that I respect and love India very much. I am impressed by Modi ji's working style. India has helped Nepal a lot.

Let us tell you that Karki has been the first woman Chief Justice of Nepal. She took over this post in 2016. But she was impeached accusing her of interfering in the work of the government. Karki had approached the Supreme Court against this, after which the court overturned the decision to give him relief.

The road is not easy for Karki

On Wednesday, an important meeting was held for about 9 hours at the Army Headquarters in Kathmandu. No consensus could be reached on the new government. The name of former Justice Sushila Karki was proposed by the Hami Nepali NGO. Kathmandu Mayor Balendra Shah (Balen) also supported Karki, but put a condition that the Parliament should be dissolved first, only then an interim government should be formed. However, other Gen-Z groups opposed the name of Sushila Karki. However, other Gen-Z groups opposed the name of Sushila Karki. The Nepali Army has appealed to all Gen-Z groups to join the talks today.

Only two options are available in the current situation

According to constitutional experts, the President has two options in the current situation, the first of which is to appoint a member present in the Parliament as the Prime Minister. The second way is that the President appoints the unanimous candidate proposed by the agitators as the Prime Minister. Although there is no provision for this in the Constitution, decisions have often been taken after mass movements that are different from established constitutional traditions.
