PM Modi Hails Team India's Asia Cup Win Over Pakistan

PM Modi Congratulates Team India on Asia Cup Win: The Indian cricket team defeated Pakistan to win the Asia Cup title for the ninth time. Team India defeated Pakistan by 5 wickets in the final match played in Dubai on the night of September 28th. Expressing his happiness over Pakistan's victory in the Asia Cup, PM Modi congratulated the Indian cricket team on their victory. President Draupadi Murmu also congratulated the Indian team in her own unique style.

PM Narendra Modi wrote on social media: "Operation Sindoor on the field... The result is the same: India won! Congratulations to our cricketers on their victory."

President Draupadi Murmu, while congratulating Team India, wrote on social media: "My heartfelt congratulations to Team India on winning the Asia Cup cricket tournament. The team did not lose a single match in the tournament, maintaining their dominance in the sport. I wish that Team India continues to shine with such valor in the future."

In addition to the Prime Minister and the President, Union Ministers Kiren Rijiju, Piyush Goyal, SP chief Akhilesh Yadav, and BJP leader Amit Malviya, among others, congratulated the Indian cricket team on their victory.

Union Minister Kiren Rijiju shared an image of the Indian team on Instagram, writing, "Pakistan was bound to lose, and India will always be the champion! Congratulations, India."

Union Minister and senior BJP leader Piyush Goyal praised the Indian cricket team's impressive performance, calling the victory historic. He wrote, "India's victory, Tilak. Today, the Indian cricket team not only won the Asia Cup final, but also won the hearts of every Indian. The tremendous performances of Tilak Verma and Kuldeep Yadav made this victory historic."

SP chief Akhilesh Yadav congratulated the Indian cricket team on their victory, saying that unity is the foundation of victory. He posted on Instagram, writing, "Unity is the foundation of victory." Heartiest congratulations and best wishes to all the united players, coaches, supporting staff, and fellow countrymen of the Indian cricket team on winning the Asia Cup!

Regarding the final, Pakistan batted first and scored 146 runs. Sahibzada Farhan top-scored for Pakistan with 57 runs, while Fakhar Zaman also chipped in with 46 runs. Kuldeep Yadav took the most wickets for Team India, taking four. In response, Team India lost three wickets for just 20 runs. However, Tilak Verma then scored a brilliant half-century and an unbeaten 69 to lead the team to victory. Shivam Dubey and Sanju Samson each scored 33 and 24 runs, respectively.
