Ban Lifted on Pakistani YouTube Channels After Pahalgam Attack

Access to Pakistani YouTube channels and social media accounts of several Pakistani celebrities has been restored in India. These platforms were blocked following the Pahalgam terror attack. 

The heat between India-Pakistan relations since the Pahalgam terror attack has started to subside after 2 months. Its effect has also been seen on Pakistani YouTube channels and social media accounts of Pak celebs. India has lifted the ban on many Pakistani YouTube channels. After this, social media accounts of many Pak celebs have also started becoming visible in India.

After the ban was lifted by the Indian government, social media accounts of some Pakistani actors have started appearing again in India. Yumna Zaidi, Ahad Raza Mir and Danish Taimur are now visible again to Indian Instagram users. However, the accounts of big name Pak actors like Hania Aamir, Mahira Khan and Fawad Khan are still blocked in India.

Along with Instagram, many popular YouTube channels of Pakistani daily dramas are also being seen again in India. Now fans are able to watch their favorite shows without any interruption.
