CM Yogi's Rakshabandhan Gift: Free Bus Travel for Women from 8 to 10 August

Ahead of Rakshabandhan, CM Yogi Adityanath announced free bus services for women across Uttar Pradesh from 8th to 10th August, ensuring safe and convenient travel for sisters visiting their brothers.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath was holding a meeting at his official residence regarding law and order and other types of departmental review. During the same time, he directed the police force to keep special vigil at temples and public places during the festive months.

During this, CM Yogi gave strict instructions in view of Rakshabandhan and other festivals. He ordered to activate investigation teams to prevent adulteration in food items. He has given a gift to sisters regarding the festival of brother and sister Rakshabandhan.

CM Yogi has given the gift of free travel to all types of bus services of Uttar Pradesh Transport Corporation from his official residence from the morning of 8 August to 12 midnight of 10 August. During this time, travel of sisters in all AC and non-AC buses including UPSRTC and buses contracted with it will be free.
