He has filed a petition in the Rajasthan High Court to get this case quashed. An Ajmer court has sent him a summons to appear on July 22, against which he has filed a petition in the High Court.

In this video, some comments were made on the judiciary and the legal system, which were allegedly considered objectionable. A complaint was filed in a lower court in Ajmer regarding this matter.

Taking cognizance of this, the court has summoned Dr. Vikas Divyakirti to appear in court on July 22. Now he has filed a petition in the Rajasthan High Court against this decision.

Vikas Divyakirti has filed a petition demanding dismissal of the defamation case. His petition will be heard on July 21 and this hearing will be held in the bench of Justice Sameer Jain.
