External Affairs Minister Now Protected by Bulletproof Vehicle and Elite Commandos

In response to escalating tensions between India and Pakistan, the Indian government has upgraded External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar's security. The Ministry of Home Affairs has elevated his protection from 'Y' category to 'Z' category, assigning the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) to oversee his security, replacing the Delhi Police. This enhanced security includes 14-15 armed commandos providing round-the-clock protection across the country.

The central government has increased the security of External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar. Now his security has been increased by adding an additional bulletproof vehicle to his convoy. External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar, who currently receives Z category armed security from the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), will now be provided with advanced security vehicles for nationwide movement.
