Uttar Pradesh Showcases Industrial Strength as Jitin Prasad Inaugurates UP Mandap at IITF 2025

Union Minister Jitin Prasad inaugurates the Uttar Pradesh Mandap at IITF 2025, highlighting the state’s industrial heritage, ODOP products, MSME strength, and investment potential under the theme “Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat.”

Union Minister of State for Commerce & Industry, Shri Jitin Prasad, today inaugurated the Uttar Pradesh Mandap at the 44th India International Trade Fair (IITF) 2025 at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. Set up under the theme “Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat,” the pavilion was inaugurated in the presence of Shri K. Vijeyndra Pandian, Commissioner & Director, Industries (U.P.), along with other dignitaries.

The Uttar Pradesh Mandap highlights the state’s rich industrial heritage, traditional craftsmanship, and dynamic entrepreneurial spirit on a global platform. More than 140 exhibitors are participating, including traditional artisans, MSMEs, startups, and women entrepreneurs from across the state.

A diverse range of products is being showcased under the One District One Product (ODOP) initiative, featuring handicrafts, textiles, leather goods, agro-based products, and value-added items. These products embody India’s “Local to Global” vision and reinforce the country’s commitment to self-reliance and sustainable economic growth.

IITF 2025, being held from November 14 to 27, serves as a premier international trade platform promoting business networking, cultural exchange, investment opportunities, and collaborative growth. As a Partner State, Uttar Pradesh is leveraging this esteemed event to expand its export base, attract investments, and strengthen its footprint in global trade networks.
