After US President Donald Trump's tariff policy, the issue of illegal immigrants has now cropped up. Los Angeles in the US is burning these days in protest against the raids and arrests against them. Actually, America's attitude in dealing with illegal immigrants has been controversial since Trump took power. As a big democratic country, America adopted an almost dictatorial attitude to handle this issue. Along with many countries of the world, even India had to be affected by this.
Indian immigrants in America were tortured, held hostage and inhumanly evicted from America. America had a similar attitude towards other countries as well. In the latest incident, Trump blamed the governor and mayor of his two states California and Los Angeles for the protests.
There is no doubt that America's policies have an impact on all the countries of the world in some way or the other. But the Trump administration will have to remember that it does not take long for the fire to reach them. In the latest protests, the citizens of America have stood against each other. Whatever be the outcome of these policies, America will definitely suffer the loss.
