Six constables, including a head constable, were suspended for making indecent comments about Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav. The action was taken after the remarks went viral on social media. Here's the full story behind the suspension.

A constable from Firozabad made an objectionable comment on SP chief Akhilesh Yadav and made it viral. Many policemen repeated this mistake and kept making the comments viral on Facebook and WhatsApp. On this, the SSP got an investigation done on the demand of Samajwadi Party officials. After the report of CO Sadar, six constables have been suspended.

This whole matter is of Thursday. When SP district president Shivraj Singh Yadav and other party leaders met the SSP. SP leaders complained about the indecent comment made on the party chief by Pradeep Thakur who was accompanying SP Rural. During this, they demanded to register an FIR against the accused constable and suspend him.

After which the SSP handed over the investigation of the case to CO Sadar Chanchal Tyagi. During the investigation, it was found that Pradeep had posted an objectionable post. Which was forwarded further by other policemen. On this basis, apart from Pradeep, head constable Kuldeep, Rahul, Amit, Arun and Saurabh were also suspended.
