Despite heavy rains, Lucknow’s Kaushal Mahotsav opened doors to new opportunities, offering skill development and job prospects for youth.

Youths were interviewed for apprenticeship in more than 30 sectors and 11 government companies including automobile, retail, healthcare, IT, banking, electronics, tourism, agriculture.
Amidst heavy rain and thunder, thousands of youth's faces lit up in the grounds of Colvin Talukdars College. Here, 30,387 youth registered in the Kaushal Mahotsav in two days, while 14,400 gave interviews for jobs. Out of these, 8,124 youth got the gift of jobs. Although they could not receive the appointment letter from the chief guest, all of them expressed their gratitude to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Union Minister of State for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (Independent Charge) Jayant Chaudhary.
