Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, who was admitted to Fortis Hospital, is recovering and his health condition has improved.
Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann's health is now improving after deteriorating for the last two days. He has been admitted to Fortis Hospital in Chandigarh for treatment. This decision was taken on the advice of doctors, when there was no improvement in his health. Fortis Hospital issued a statement saying that the Chief Minister's pulse rate had decreased, after which he was brought to the hospital. Now his condition is improving.
Chief Minister Mann was visiting flood-affected areas for the last few days. On Thursday, his health suddenly deteriorated, due to which he could not visit the flood-affected areas. As soon as the news of his ill health was received, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) supremo Arvind Kejriwal reached the hospital to meet him. Kejriwal is also visiting the flood-affected areas of Punjab.
Many districts in Punjab are hit by floods after recent heavy rains. Army assistance is being taken to help the flood-affected people. AAP leaders and workers are also reaching out to the people trapped in the floods and helping them. Thousands of people have been sent to safe places and relief camps. Many people have also lost their lives due to the floods.
