Rahul Gandhi addressed a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, expressing concern over the lack of clean drinking water and unsanitary toilets in many areas. He urged immediate action to address these basic public health and hygiene issues.

Rahul Gandhi wrote a letter to the Prime Minister and drew attention to the delay in scholarships for students of deprived communities.

Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi, who has been maintaining a dialogue between students and youth for a long time, has taken the initiative of wooing them in view of the Bihar elections a step further and has raised the issue of the poor condition of hostels of SC, ST, OBC and minority students and the pending post-matric scholarships in all educational institutions of the country including Bihar before Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Writing a letter to PM Modi and raising this issue, Rahul has said that the condition of residential hostels for Dalit, ST, EBC, OBC and minority students is very pathetic. While urging to resolve the delay in post-matric scholarships for students of deprived classes, he said that both these issues hinder the educational opportunities of 90 percent of the students of these classes.

Rahul Gandhi raised the issue of pathetic conditions of hostels
Raising this national level problem, Rahul Gandhi has also requested the PM to find a solution to this problem in collaboration with the state governments, citing the example of pathetic conditions of hostels and delay in scholarships in Bihar. During his recent Bihar tour, Rahul Gandhi went to Darbhanga and saw the pathetic condition of the Ambedkar hostel there himself and talked to the students there and listened to their problems.

This visit of the Congress leader also made headlines of political controversy because the Bihar government administration with heavy police force stopped him from going to the Ambedkar hostel, but Rahul Gandhi went among the students on foot and talked to them and promised to raise the problem of hostel and scholarship loudly.

Rahul Gandhi expressed faith in PM Modi
Urging the Prime Minister to take two steps immediately to remove these failures, Rahul urged to allocate adequate funds for this and said that it is necessary to improve their implementation in collaboration with the state governments. Rahul told the PM that he was confident he would agree that India cannot progress unless the youth from marginalised communities come forward.
