The Uttar Pradesh government has announced a massive recruitment drive for around 81,000 vacancies in the state police department during the 2026-27 recruitment cycle. The hiring will be conducted in phases for posts including Constable, Sub-Inspector (SI), Jail Warder, Radio Cadre, Computer Operator, Clerk and several technical positions, with official notifications to be released separately by the Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB).
